About this Training
This course teaches educators how to understand and handle difficult behaviors in children. Participants will explore the reasons behind these behaviors, such as family background, learning differences, and environment. They will learn useful strategies like positive reinforcement, setting clear rules, and helping children manage their emotions. The course also covers how to work with parents to create personalized behavior plans, presentations, group discussions, and hands-on activities. This course follows the EEC Core Competency for guiding and supporting children.
Minimum 4 participants required.
