About this Training

Discover how educators can play a vital role in facilitating playful science learning for young children. This workshop will guide you in creating a developmentally appropriate science curriculum that aligns with Massachusetts and ISTE standards. Participants will explore hands-on, inquiry-based learning activities that encourage curiosity, observation, and critical thinking. Through interactive lessons and real-life examples, educators will learn how to seamlessly integrate science into everyday play and routines, fostering a love for discovery in young children. Topics include life sciences, physical sciences, earth sciences, and environmental awareness, all tailored to the developmental needs of preschool and kindergarten students. This interactive workshop will help you feel more at ease and inspire you with insights into what children can teach us about the world around them. Minimum 4 participants required.

This training is eligible for funding through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund's Express Grant Program.
