Foundations of Curriculum Mapping for Early Childhood Education

In this course, participants will explore the concept of curriculum mapping and learn the essential steps to create a comprehensive curriculum map. They will be guided through an example of a curriculum map, engaging in in-person lectures and collaborative activities to kickstart their own mapping process based on grade-level standards. This introduction to curriculum mapping will help educators evaluate their current curriculum and use this method to assess what their students have already learned, enabling them to build on that foundation. This course is designed specifically for early childhood educators.
