Designed for: Program leaders, administrators, and teaching teams.
Explore the principles and practices behind creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture in early education environments. This training focuses on communication styles, conflict resolution, role clarity, trust-building, and strategies for team motivation and retention. Participants will engage in reflective exercises, team scenarios, and action planning to strengthen unity and shared vision across their center.
Learning Objectives: Recognize different communication styles and apply strategies to enhance team interactions.
Use effective conflict resolution techniques to address challenges and strengthen relationships.
Clarify team roles and responsibilities to support accountability and shared purpose.
Apply trust-building practices that foster psychological safety and open dialogue.
Develop strategies to motivate team members and improve staff retention.
Create an action plan to strengthen team cohesion and align around a shared vision.
