About this Training

Empower young professionals to discover their strengths, and engage in meaningful work. Through presentation and interactive discussions participants will explore emotional intelligence alongside key concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with an emphasis on bias reduction. This program encourages attendees to examine team dynamics and workplace behavior as well as conflict-resolution skills.

This course is ideal for new and emerging professionals in education and child-serving environments who are developing their workplace skills, confidence, and professional identity. It is especially suited for:
