About this Training
This course helps educators learn how to guide young children’s behavior by setting clear rules and managing emotional outbursts. Participants will discover ways to encourage good behavior, help children control their emotions, and handle difficult situations in a positive way. The course also focuses on the importance of working with parents to make sure discipline is consistent at home and school. Participants will learn skills like emotional coaching, solving conflicts, and using positive reinforcement. It includes presentations, group discussions, and small group activities. This course is a great fit for educators and professionals working with children. Minimum 4 participants required.
