About this Training
This intermediate-level course is designed for experienced directors ready to advance their leadership capacity and operational expertise. Participants will deepen their understanding of complex administrative systems, expand their leadership toolkit, and refine their approaches to curriculum development, staff development, and family engagement. Emphasis is placed on strategic decision-making, continuous quality improvement, data-informed instruction, and building sustainable community partnerships. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Navigate advanced regulatory frameworks and quality improvement systems (e.g., QRIS).
Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, including grant funding and revenue streams.
Design staffing patterns, schedules, and recruitment strategies aligned with program needs.
Implement effective coaching, mentoring, and staff evaluation systems to improve teaching quality.
Utilize assessment data to inform curriculum decisions and integrate innovative instructional practices (e.g., STEM, multilingualism).
Design and execute impactful family engagement initiatives and community events.
