Accelerated ESL for Workplace Success

The Accelerated ESL Skills & Workplace Program is a short-format, adaptive English course designed for adult multilingual learners who need practical English for work, daily life, and community interaction.

This learner-centered program focuses on building communication confidence, foundational vocabulary, listening comprehension, speaking skills, and basic reading and writing through real-world, workplace-based instruction.

Instruction is highly practical and includes guided conversation, roleplay, vocabulary development, and scenario-based learning. Lessons are adapted based on ongoing assessment, allowing instruction to respond to each learner’s progress and needs.

This course is ideal for beginner to low-intermediate English learners, including those preparing for or currently working in manufacturing, hospitality, education, food service, retail, and other frontline workforce roles.

A minimum of 80 instructional hours is commonly needed to achieve measurable gains in English proficiency. This course is designed to be repeated as part of a longer learning pathway, recognizing that meaningful language development requires sustained instruction beyond a single 6-week cycle.
