Empathetic Design: Elevating Your STEM Experience

This course will introduce educators to the concepts around user centric design and empathetic engineering. More and more engineers are being asked to create novel solutions that solve problems for a specific audience as opposed to general solutions. Educators will gain valuable insights and tools to simulate an audience in need and the approaches and strategies required to evaluate their needs, and develop fitting solutions.
