Enhancing Emotional Growth with Art, Stories, and Meaningful Discussions

This training explores creative ways to help children understand and manage emotions, building confidence and resilience in them. Participants will learn to create supportive environments through storytelling, art, movement, and open dialogue. Hands-on activities include role-playing, and sensory techniques to foster emotional awareness, empathy, and self-regulation. Key topics include mindfulness, conflict resolution, coping skills, and guiding children through stress. Educators and caregivers will gain practical tools to promote emotional well-being, healthy communication, and inclusive learning spaces where children thrive. Minimum 4 participants required.
